Capita currently provides medics to a large number of oil & gas operators in the UK and overseas on both a permanent and locum basis.

All Capita’s offshore medics are appropriately qualified with relevant previous NHS or military medical qualifications, including RGN, CMT, or LMA. Many have developed further skills throughout their careers which include, but are not restricted to, occupational health, health and safety, food hygiene, vantage, COSHH, and NEBOSH.

We supply medics to work on platforms, semi submersibles, vessels, FSU’s both in the North Sea and overseas, and can arrange cover as and when required, from a few days to long term assignments. With the number of medics registered with us, we are able to provide cover at reasonably short notice.

Together with Capita’s Medical Training Unit providing the HSE approved Offshore Medics Course and Refresher in house, all medics are interviewed by an Occupational Health Physician we can guarantee that our medics are professionals trained to a consistently.
